A Note From Pastor Lori

Welcome to Walnut Street United Methodist Church! We welcome you to our congregation wherever you are on your spiritual journey!
If you’re new to Walnut Street UMC or are considering joining us for a worship service, we hope you’ll find a place where you are warmly welcomed and feel at home. At our services, we present the ageless truths of the Bible in a compelling, easy-to-understand format.

Worship
We invite you to any of our three Sunday morning worship services:
8:15: Traditional worship with hymns
9:30 a.m.: Contemporary worship with praise band
11:00 a.m.: Blended worship, with choir and other special music

Growing in Love… On Purpose
We are committed to fulfilling the five purposes of the church, and encourage each of us as individuals to begin a journey into one or more of the five purposes for which we were created: worship, discipleship, fellowship, ministry, and mission.
We have a wonderful children’s and youth ministry, and provide a safe and exciting environment where our children can grow in their knowledge and love of God.
